U.S. Winter Storm Updates - January 2026

UPDATES:

Update 01/30/2026:

Business has resumed as usual on our end.

NOTE: Some package delivery delays may still occur on the shipping carrier end. Some manufacturers may still be impacted which could impact lead times.

Update 01/28/2026:

We are open for business today Wednesday, 1/28 with full staff.

UPS feeders (our daily trailer pickup) picked up packages last night for shipments sent Monday & Tuesday, however there are delays at the sorting facilities in Lexington, KY and Louisville, KY. Even though we have physically shipped your package and it has been picked up from our facility we don't expect packages to start moving until later today. Service is expected to start recovering over the next few days. We apologize for the delay but are not able to do control these unforeseen delays from carriers due to severe winter weather.

NOTE: Package delivery delays are expected nationwide, even if you are not in the region, as many local carrier sorting facilities will be impacted.

Update 01/26/2026:

We are open for business today Monday, 1/26 with a limited staff. Please allow us patience for your phone call or email.

UPS feeders (our daily trailer pickup) are not operating today, so even though we have many packages packed up, packages will not be going out. Service is expected to resume as normal Tuesday 1/27. We apologize for the delay but are not able to do anything since our pickup will not be happening today.

NOTE: Package delivery delays are expected nationwide, even if you are not in the region, as many local carrier sorting facilities will be impacted.

Update 01/22/2026:

Currently a large portion of the U.S. is preparing for a severe winter storm starting Saturday, 01/24/25, which may impact our business hours and shipping carriers/deliveries.

It is possible we will be closed Monday 01/26/25. We will update this with any for sure date if we are closed outside of our normal hours.

This storm will also almost certainly impact shipping carriers themselves as well (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). Outbound pickups from our facility will likely be impacted (e.g., if UPS isn't able to pick up at our warehouse). It will also impact actual carrier deliveries to residences/businesses, and their sorting facilities may be impacted as well. It is reasonable to expect a few day delay if your package is moving through this region during this time or you are in the area.

NOTE: Package delivery delays are expected nationwide, even if you are not in the region, as many local carrier sorting facilities will be impacted.

We will update this page with additional information if/when it is needed.
