Use this notched grommet for valve covers with the notched/keyed 1.25 inch diameter hole. Usually for aluminum / finned aluminum valve covers.
Usually used for the PCV valve. Accepts a 3/4" PCV valve. The grommet fits into a hole 1.25 inch diameter notched in the valve cover.
