This is the square flat plate used on 1964-68 Mustang convertibles that ties the two lower floor reinforcement pans together (part #'s 3556 & 3557).
This goes underneath the driveshaft & exhaust.
Has 6 holes for mounting, use part # 18149 for hardware.
